Phil Moyer
Mr. Moyer became CEO of EDGAR Online in July 2007 after joining the company just three months earlier. Prior to EDGAR Online, he worked in private equity/venture capital with a focus on early stage companies and small cap technology firms after 15 years spent at Microsoft managing large worldwide sales, consulting, support, partner channels and technology teams. In his most recent role at Microsoft he managed the Professional Services industry group, with a focus on Sarbanes-Oxley, Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) and international accounting standards. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and was recently elected to the board of XBRL United States.
